Since 1988, Frank has utilized his expertise in strategic planning, board governance and human resources management to assist private, public and non-profit organizations in achieving their goals. An outstanding facilitator, Frank is equally skilled at conducting business planning sessions for an entire organization or individual organizational units. Frank’s strengths in board governance are exemplified by the numerous executive positions he has held in the past and currently holds on a variety of boards. Complementing his career and volunteer pursuits are his personal interests in the arts, travel and hiking.
