Ensure daily accounting requirements:
- Cash Management on a day-to-day basis;
- Handling and receipt of charitable donations;
- Management of accounts receivable and payable; and
- Management of payroll and maintain confidential records of payroll and personnel.
Meet:
- Legal reporting requirements;
- Reporting to funding agencies; and
- Government reporting requirements at the provincial and federal levels.
Maintain:
- Files on key aspects of the organization;
- Maintenance and /or replacement of equipment; and
- Files of services and programs.
Manage:
- Client records and processes (client intake, tracking, follow-up, records); and
- Confidentiality requirements.
