Audits

A sustainable non-profit organization will:

• Conduct a financial review or an audit annually, as required by the society’s articles of incorporation or bylaws;
  
  
• Discuss the review or audit results at a Board meeting, and plan to rectify any shortcomings; and
  
  
• Present audited financial statements at the organization’s Annual General Meeting.
