The Non-Profit Corporations Act of Saskatchewan does not require that an organization provide a list of its purposes, but it does allow an organization the opportunity, under Article 7 of the Articles of Incorporation to list restrictions on what it will do.

Organizations in Saskatchewan that have been formed under the Non-Profit Corporations Act should make it clear in Article 7, that they are restricting themselves to purposes and activities that are exclusively charitable. We will consider these restrictions as the organization’s purposes.
